Photos and generated videos

ai rumpelstiltskin uses the two photos you submit to create your requested video. When generation is enabled, your images and the fixed reference assets are sent to EvoLink for processing. Uploaded images and completed videos are stored in the service's configured object storage.

Media URLs must be accessible to the generation provider. Treat a shared media URL as accessible to anyone who has it. Do not upload private documents or images you are not entitled to use.

Account and task information

We store account information needed for sign-in, task identifiers, generation status and credit transactions. Session cookies keep you signed in. A task identifier may be saved in your browser so you can return to a pending generation.

Retention and service providers

This initial service does not promise automatic deletion after a fixed number of days. Stored uploads and outputs remain until removed through service administration. EvoLink processes reference media under its own service policies. A provider's temporary result link expiring does not delete the copy stored by this service.

Your choices

You can preview and remove a selected photo before submitting it. Removing a local selection does not delete an earlier upload or submitted task. For questions about previously submitted data, access or deletion requests, email support@rumpelstiltskin.info. Include your account email and relevant task IDs so we can verify and locate your request. Removing media from this service does not remove copies already downloaded or shared elsewhere.

Review this page for changes before submitting new media. This policy describes the current product; optional payments and analytics depend on the services the operator enables.

Payments and support

Waffo Pancake processes checkout for credit purchases. We keep order identifiers, payment status and credit records needed to deliver purchased credits and handle billing questions. Do not send payment card details to our support inbox.

When you contact support@rumpelstiltskin.info for support, a report or an appeal, we use your email, message and relevant account or task information to investigate and reply. Send only information needed for your request. Billing and support records may need to be retained to resolve disputes or meet applicable legal obligations.
