Using the tool

ai rumpelstiltskin is an independent AI video tool. It is not affiliated with a Rumpelstiltskin film studio or the creators of the viral trend. The selected reference is an AI-style meme clip, not a claim of original 1987 movie footage.

The underlying video model is minimax-h3 (Hailuo), accessed through EvoLink. Model disclosure identifies the technology used and does not imply endorsement by the model provider.

Your images

Only submit images you have permission to use, including appropriate permission from the people depicted. Do not use the tool for deceptive impersonation, harassment or unlawful content. You are responsible for reviewing the result before sharing it and following the rules of the platform where you post it.

Generated results

The tool requests a 15-second video using your two characters and the selected reference. AI results vary; exact likeness, timing and character consistency are not guaranteed.

Credits and task status

When generation is available, the displayed credit cost applies to that request. Credits are reserved before submission. Confirmed failed or rejected tasks release the reservation through the credit system. An unknown submission status or a storage problem does not prove the provider failed; check the existing task instead of submitting it again.

Availability

Generation requires configured AI and storage services. The operator may pause new submissions while resolving service issues. Delivery times are not guaranteed.

Purchases, credit validity and cancellation

Credit packs are one-time purchases in USD: Single costs $6.90 for 100 credits, Starter costs $9.90 for 300 credits, and Creator costs $24.90 for 900 credits. Purchased credits do not expire. Standard (768p) costs 100 credits per 15-second video; HD (2K) costs 200 credits. Credits can be used across these options; any remainder stays in your balance.

These packs are not subscriptions. There is no automatic renewal or automatic top-up, and no recurring plan to cancel. You can stop using the service without a future recurring charge. Stopping use does not automatically refund a completed purchase. Review the total and any applicable taxes shown at checkout before paying. Waffo Pancake handles checkout for these packs; credits are added after payment is confirmed.

Refund requests and billing questions

For a mistaken charge, duplicate payment, undelivered credits or another refund request, email support@rumpelstiltskin.info with your order number, account email and the reason for your request. Do not send card details or passwords. Requests are reviewed against payment, credit-delivery and usage records and applicable consumer rights. A refund is not automatically approved merely by sending a request, and this policy does not limit any refund rights required by applicable law.

A failed generation returning reserved credits is a credit adjustment, not a cash refund. Pending tasks and uncertain provider responses need to be checked before their outcome can be determined. Contact the same support address if your payment or credit balance appears incorrect.

Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This policy applies to uploaded photos, generation requests, generated videos and use or sharing of content obtained through this service. You must not upload, request, generate or distribute:

• Pornography / NSFW: sexually explicit, pornographic or non-consensual intimate content.
• Violence / gore: graphic injury, gore, or content promoting violence, terrorism or self-harm.
• Hate speech: content attacking or inciting hatred against people based on protected characteristics, including race, religion, nationality, sex or sexual orientation.
• Child-unsafe content / CSAM: sexualized depictions of minors, child sexual abuse material, exploitation or grooming, including synthetic content.
• Deepfakes / impersonation: non-consensual or deceptive depictions of real people, fraudulent endorsements or content misleading viewers about someone's identity, actions or statements. Permission to use a photo does not permit deceptive impersonation.
• Copyright / trademark infringement: unauthorized use of protected images, characters, music, brands or other third-party material, or claims that falsely imply affiliation or endorsement.

Do not use the service for harassment, fraud, unlawful activity, mass-violence promotion or instructions for weapons of mass destruction. Do not bypass service restrictions or pass off AI-generated videos as authentic recordings. Fixed generation instructions do not exempt uploaded photos or results from these rules.

Reporting and review

Report suspected violations, impersonation or infringement to support@rumpelstiltskin.info. Include the task ID or relevant URL, a description of the concern and information supporting your report. Do not attach illegal material; provide identifying details instead. You do not need an account to send a report.

Reports are handled through support: we assess the information provided, request clarification where needed and communicate the outcome where appropriate.

Enforcement and appeals

Depending on the concern, we may issue a written warning, require the reported use or distribution to stop, or pause new submissions to the service while addressing a serious issue. We may refer suspected unlawful conduct to the appropriate authorities where required by law.

If you believe a decision is mistaken, reply to the support correspondence with the task or report reference and your reasons for reconsideration. We do not promise a fixed response or resolution time.
